  I used to love this store to get ice cream treats but it seems to have gone downhill lately. It feels very dirty and unkept.

  I am sorry to say awhile ago we stopped by for an ice cream, we heard it was so great however, sadly did not like the lack of cleanliness, and poor customer service, found the person who waited on us was highly lacking customer service skills, now also I have learned that they are also cold hearted towards people whom suffer from life threatening allergies. My daughter suffers from the deadly peanut allergy; for lack of customer service and proper time taken she was given the wrong order, and being it looked similar to what she ordered she had to be rushed to the hospital. I cannot believe that these life threatening allergies are not taken seriously; EDUCATE your staff, train your staff to do their job properly, and to be RESPONSIBLE for their actions, or lack their of... to whom owns this establishment PLEASE take stock of your staff, train them educate them, and I pray there will be some sort of compensation for what happened. I pray this does not happen to anyone else! I WILL NOT ever set foot in this establishment again. My daughter could have lost her life because of this. So very disappointed and appalled. Did not want to give a star but they will not let you review unless you give one star.
  
  THER SHOULD BE RESPONSBILITY FOR GIVING WRONG ORDERS when it means a matter of life or death!!!!!!!!!! And I too do not condone bad behaviour but however when you are the husband of the wife with the life threatening allergy I'm sure he was only thinking that he could have lost his wife. This is not my boyfriend as you keep stating in your reply. I do stand by proper educating of staff and training and also as noted it was 2016 when I was there and I found the establishment to be un tidy and high priced and lack of customer service.

  I'd give more stars if I could!!! Absolutely love this place! Not only for myself friends and family but work as well!!! I haven't been disappointed!!! Amazing food, fantastic service! Absolutely great atmosphere!!! A must in Hanover!

  Wish I could give negative stars, awful place. Would not recommend to anyone. Treats customers poorly not to mention very rude as well. Please do better
